Description: Litsea Cubeba is native to Asia. It’s a small tree with pepper-like bearing fruits where most of the essential oil comes from. The oil produced from this plant has similar properties to lemongrass, Melissa and other oils that are rich in citral.

It’s also reputed to be uplifting and stimulating. It is great to incorporate in soaps, toners or astringent to help prevent acne and can also be used for repelling insects. Perfect to use in diffusers to lighten and energize the air.
